SHIPPING TRACK
We normally ship all in stock items within 2 business
days from the time your order is received. Orders are by usually shipped
via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone (in
most cases it averages 5 - 7 business days; 9 business days to
California). For down comforters and pillows, shippment will be arranged
within 3 business days. Any item that is "out of stock" will be
backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our
warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require
additional shipping time. No additional freight charges will be incurred
on any items backordered. We offer the following shipping methods and
delivery times: Standard ground shipping: 3 - 7 business Days UPS;Expedited air shipping: 3 business days UPS; Express air shipping: Overnight UPS. Please call us at 1-888-860-1842 if your order needs to be air shipped.
