When I placed the order there was only one shipping option. I was hoping for some kind of express shipping or next day service to be available but there wasnt any. I had searched all over the Internet with little success till I stumbled across this merchant. I only found them through a link from Bizrate, not through any other search engine, including Yahoo. Placing the order was easy and the order was delivered in about a week. One item was wrong. I wrote to this merchants custmoer service department and they responded by sending an e-mail with instructions on returning the item at no cost to me. They also said they were shipping out the correct item that day. I am traveling on business right now but will return the wrong item when I get home. I also expect the correct item to arrive in a timely manner. So far I am very happy with my experience with this merchant.
